General Agreement
By registering for and attending DBaM 2026 at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas
1. Registration & Payment
All registrations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Registration fees are non-refundable; however, transfers to another attendee may be permitted if requested in writing prior to September 15, 2026. DBaM reserves the right to modify ticket pricing, event structure, or availability at any time.
1A. Refund Policy
If an attendee cancels their registration:
- Up to 60 days prior to the Event: A full refund will be issued.
- Between 59 and 30 days prior to the Event: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Less than 30 days prior to the Event: No refund will be issued.
As an alternative to a refund, attendees may choose to:
- Apply their registration fee to DBaM 2027, or
- Transfer their ticket to another individual, with written notice to the Event team.
2. Event Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. DBaM reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these policies without refund.
3. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Attendance at DBaM 2026 is voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk. DBaM, its organizers, partners, sponsors, and the venue, Caesars Palace, are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Attendees agree to comply with all applicable local laws, hotel policies, and venue regulations.
4. Photography & Media Release
By attending DBaM 2026, you grant DBaM the right to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, and any recorded content for promotional, marketing, educational, or commercial purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify Event staff at check-in.
5. Program Changes & Cancellations
DBaM reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, sessions, or venue details at any time without prior notice. In the event of an unforeseen cancellation, registered attendees will be notified of rescheduling options or refund policies at the discretion of the Event organizers.
6. Privacy & Data Usage
Attendee information may be shared with Event sponsors and exhibitors for networking and Event-related purposes. If you wish to opt out of this sharing, please notify us at regan@thedripbar.com. DBaM complies with applicable data protection laws and does not sell personal data to third parties.
7. Health & Safety Policies
Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidelines established by DBaM, Caesars Palace, and local authorities. If you are feeling unwell prior to the Event, we encourage you to stay home and contact us regarding available registration options.
8. Exhibitor & Sponsor Interactions
Any interactions, discussions, or business transactions between attendees and exhibitors or sponsors are conducted at the attendee’s discretion. DBaM is not responsible for any agreements or outcomes resulting from these interactions.
